Manufacturing Operations Manager

BLOOMSTAR BOUQUET is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our manufacturing department, ensuring that our products are produced efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and train employees in the use of new equipment and production techniques.
- Planning and Implementation: Plan and implement changes to machinery, equipment, and production systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Financial Management: Manage the establishment of departmental budgets and assess business opportunities to develop strategies.
- Coordination and Review: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in word processing software, database software, inventory control software, and spreadsheet software.
