About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice on merchandise and services.
  • Sales Transactions: Conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce and maintain accurate sales records for inventory control.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in the display of merchandise and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, and kneeling. Overtime may be required to meet sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
