About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at MacIntyre Family. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Discipline children according to the parents' requested methods
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Supervise and care for children, including multi-aged groups
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability, flexibility, and patience
Work Environment

As a Home Childcare Provider, you will work in the employer's/client's home, providing support and care to our clients and their families. You will be required to use public transportation to travel to and from work.
