Job Title: Home Childcare Provider

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at MacIntyre Family. As a Home Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare in a home setting, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Supervise and care for children, including multi-aged groups
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in childcare
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability, flexibility, and patience
Work Environment:
