Job Summary

Apotex Inc. is a global health company that produces high-quality medicines for patients worldwide. We are seeking a Strategic Leader, Global Benefits and Pension to direct and manage our global benefits, pension, global mobility, and employee wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global benefits strategy that promotes best-in-class programs and ensures market competitiveness.
  • Manage global vendor relationships, benefits governance, and reporting.
  • Lead process improvements for global program design and delivery, including global mobility, mental health, and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with global HR partners to design and implement benefits and pension programs.
  • Manage the administration of individual pension plans for executives.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient management of benefits and pension programs in SAP SuccessFactors HCM and global payroll systems.
  • Lead the Health Services Team responsible for medical surveillance, short-term disability, salary continuance, long-term disability, return-to-work, and global wellbeing programs.
  • Perform all work in support of our Corporate Values of Pride, Accountability, Integrity, and Diligence.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong customer service orientation, ability to function in a fast-paced environment, computer literacy with Microsoft Office and HRIS, and strong leadership abilities.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources with at least 5+ years of progressive leading/managing global benefits and pension, ideally in a fast-paced and growing global company or global health industry.
