Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience:

  • B.C. Ministry of Education Certificate or Independent School Certification qualification criteria.
  • A comprehensive understanding of current educational practices outlined in the BC Ministry of Education documents.
  • Committed to the craft of teaching, best practices, and standards of professional practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, communicative, with good problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible, adaptive, and can think on your feet.
  • A commitment toward continued professional development and growth.
  • Energy, commitment, and a readiness to participate in the co-curricular program and the diverse life of the school community.
  • Must be BC certified with COQ or SR Independent certificate.
  • Must be legal to work in Canada.
