Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bakery Team Member to join our team at Thanks A Latte Ltd. as a Pastry Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and cakes.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced bakery environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
