About the Role
  • Provide administration and operational support to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to our members.
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers to maintain accurate customer files and provide sales support.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve process efficiency and member satisfaction.
About You
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on cash management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficient knowledge of regulatory and corporate governance practices, policies, and controls.
