Service Coordinator

As a Service Coordinator at Superior Propane - QC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of propane services to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, coordinate, and dispatch daily tasks for service technicians in a proactive manner to meet customer service needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and manage orders, removing obstacles and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Update and maintain recurring service orders and daily activities associated with customer service requests and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Market Managers to optimize service technician utilization and make proactive changes as needed.
- Monitor progress and execution of work plans, adjusting schedules to meet customer needs and requirements.
- Process pre-approved overtime requests in a timely manner.
- Verify routing and ensure route efficiency prior to assigning daily work schedules.
- Confirm and verify service appointments, rescheduling as needed to meet external and internal requirements.
- French and English language proficiency, both verbal and written.
- Relevant post-secondary education and/or technical certification in operations or logistics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in service coordination or dispatch.
- Proven planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and experience with FSM.
