Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server - Food and Beverage Services to join our team at Wing'N It. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, describe menu items, and provide recommendations.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages, clear and clean tables, and maintain a clean kitchen and work areas.
  • Training and Supervision: Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
  • Inventory and Record-Keeping: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, with a focus on customer service and food service.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
