Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Southern Health-Santé Sud. As a dedicated member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Provide basic supportive care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team, including certified Health Care Aides, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both official languages (English/French) is essential.
- Successful completion of an approved 7-day Health Care Support Worker micro-credential course or equivalent.
- Completed a minimum of 300 paid hours as a UHCA in the preceding 12 months.
