About the Role

Bridges of Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Imam to join our team. As a Spiritual Leader, you will be responsible for conducting religious services, supervising office and volunteer staff, and administering rites of faith such as marriages and funerals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct religious services and lead prayer sessions
  • Supervise and manage office and volunteer staff
  • Administer rites of faith, including marriages and funerals
  • Develop and implement programs of religious education
  • Deliver sermons and other talks to promote spirituality
  • Perform administrative and office activities
Requirements
  • Confidential security clearance

Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a variable schedule of 16 to 48 hours per month. The successful candidate will be required to work in a correctional facility setting.
