Circle K Convenience Store is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your duties will include hiring and training staff, teaching interest or professional development courses, ordering merchandise, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and supply shortages, organizing and maintaining inventory, and supervising office and volunteer staff. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise staff and assign sales workers to duties
* Hire and train staff
* Teach interest or professional development courses
* Order merchandise
* Establish work schedules
* Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
* Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
* Organize and maintain inventory
* Supervise office and volunteer staff

**Requirements:**

* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role
* College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
