Retail Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at CRAZY FABRIC WAREHOUSE. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Tasks: Effectively allocate sales tasks to sales floor staff to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Authorize Payments: Verify and authorize payments by cheque to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Merchandise Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
- Supervise Sales Staff: Provide guidance and support to sales staff to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Compile and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience.
- Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
