About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at A-Win Insurance. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing budgets, and coordinating office services.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the maintenance of office equipment, supplies, and facilities, ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the office and other departments, ensuring that all communication is clear and effective.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative problems, implementing solutions that improve office efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet software
Work Environment

The Office Manager will work in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
