Job Title: Truck Mechanic Helper

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Truck Mechanic Helper to join our team at Supreme Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will assist our experienced mechanics in performing routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment and trucks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the transportation industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist mechanics with tool handling, equipment movement, and material transportation.
  • Participate in surveying activities by holding stakes and signaling safety procedures to other workers and the public.
  • Support tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed by supervisors.
  • Clean machines and work areas to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Provide support for newcomers and refugees, including recruiting and onboarding.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
