Hotel Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our team at Baymont by Wyndham. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the hotel team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Financial Management: Manage the hotel's budget, controlling costs and maximizing revenue through effective pricing and yield management.
- Team Development: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, providing training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
- Education: College or CEGEP degree in a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Language: English language proficiency.
