Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Crestwood Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and preparing and submitting reports.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on hotel performance and operations.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
