Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the efficient operation of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Manage Cash and Inventory: Ensure accurate and efficient management of cash handling, inventory control, and stockroom operations.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other store managers and team members to achieve business objectives and support the overall success of the store.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting of up to 25 pounds.
