Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Store Operations: Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and maintained, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Sales and Customer Service: Meet or exceed sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
