Job Summary

SmartSave Financial Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our financial management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies, including market analysis, competitor research, and industry trends.
  • Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations, meetings, and other official functions, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to employees to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, finance, or accounting.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in financial management, leadership, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
