Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team at our clinic in North Bay.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our patients, including developing and maintaining effective care plans, working with patients to provide exceptional nursing services, and performing other clinical duties as required.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain effective care plans with respect to Community Health Services
- Provide a wide spectrum of services within our fully equipped nursing clinic, including compression therapy, oncology support, hydration management, IV therapy, ostomy and wound care, catheter management, etc.
- Perform other clinical duties as required
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
- A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- CPR Certification
- Current immunization record including 2 step TB test
- To protect our patients, we require a current vulnerable sector check and a clear background check
In addition to providing home-based health care, CarePartners also serves the community through clinics, transitional care units, and provides relief in retirement homes and shared care settings.
Through our Community Nursing Services outreach program, we've been organizing staff-led medical care and clinics in countries with poor access to health care since 2009.
