Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive impression
  • Optimize the appointment schedule, minimizing gaps
  • Effectively manage recall systems and patient databases
  • Process patient correspondence and manage records

About You:

  • Minimum 1 year of administration experience
  • Clinical background and experience with dental software considered an asset
