Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for managing cash receipts, reconciling bank accounts, and resolving customer A/R issues. The ideal candidate will be fully bilingual in English & French, with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile bank accounts and post financial data in different ledgers
- Pinpoint delinquent customer accounts through written correspondence, phone contact, and skip-tracing
- Offer information to shippers, customers, and other stakeholders
- Test documents and codes
- Execute general accounting tasks in agreement with normal procedures
- Contact clients to help resolve payment issues and assist in setting up payment plans
- Fully bilingual in English & French
- Efficient in ERP systems
- AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field desired
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- 2+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable
- Accounting Principles experience highly desired
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
