Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Gift Planning Consultants across the country
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our network of professional advisors and potential donors
  • Build trusting relationships with donors, potential donors, and professional advisors
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest charitable gift planning trends and regulations
  • Collaborate with our CEO and leadership team to achieve organizational goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in gift planning and leadership roles
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong knowledge of charitable gift planning instruments and related tax laws
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $150,000 - $185,000
