Executive Director, Gift Planning

Abundance Canada is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Gift Planning team as Executive Director. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in charitable gift planning, team leadership, and donor engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute gift planning strategies to achieve ambitious goals
- Lead a team of Gift Planning Consultants across the country
- Build and maintain relationships with professional advisors and potential donors
- Stay up-to-date on Canadian tax laws and charitable giving regulations
- Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership and charitable gift planning experience
- Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams
- Extensive knowledge of charitable gift planning instruments and related tax laws
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive salary range: $150,000 - $185,000
