About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Employee Benefits and excellent analytical skills. They will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and implementing benefit plans, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement benefit plans to meet client needs
- Manage client relationships and communications
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
- Analyze and resolve complex benefit plan issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of Employee Benefits experience
- LLQP/Life License is an asset
- Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
