The Grounds Guys of Oakville is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Snow Plow Machine Operator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 6 people while performing the delivery of snow removal services to our clients. Our clients trust us to provide quality services, and you will play a crucial role in helping us live out our values every day.

As a proactive leader and self-starter, you will be responsible for interacting with the public and our employees, managing time effectively to meet deadlines, and performing daily maintenance and circle checks on machinery. You will also be responsible for addressing clients' questions, comments, and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate heavy equipment, including loaders, tractors, and skid-steer with snow plows or pushers
* Perform prompt snow removal at various commercial and industrial properties
* Perform daily maintenance and circle checks on machinery
* Address clients' questions, comments, and concerns

Requirements:

* Current and unrestricted Driver's license with a clean record
* One year experience in this or a related field is required
* Willingness to work on call 24/7 weekends and holidays
