Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Snow Removal Team Member to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing snow removal and salting to walkways, stairs, and doors at various commercial sites. You will also be operating a variety of mechanical equipment, including snow blowers, sidewalk snow plows, and shovels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform snow removal and salting to walkways, stairs, and doors at various commercial sites.
  • Operate a variety of mechanical equipment, including snow blowers, sidewalk snow plows, and shovels.
  • Address clients' questions, comments, and concerns or refer clients to the Team Leader as appropriate.
  • Assist Team Leader with route and job planning and organization, thereby ensuring sufficient resources and materials are readily available.
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and repair under supervision of the Team Leader.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License with clean record.
  • Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions (usually at night).
  • Must be able to be on call 24/7 and able to work weekends, holidays, etc.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature.
