The Customer Solutions Coordinator plays a vital role in facilitating the order entry process, ensuring seamless communication between GHX and the ERP system. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately and efficiently process orders, including MSG and SSG orders, and ensure timely delivery of repair estimates and Service Form requirements.
- Bridge orders between GHX and the ERP system, resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Customer Solutions Team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years customer service-related experience requested.
- Basic to Medium Microsoft Office skills required.
- Experience with order entry ERP systems an asset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Motivated results-oriented and persistent.
