Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Surface Finishing Specialist to join our team at PS INNOVATIVE CONSTRUCTION SOLUTIONS LTD.. This role involves a variety of tasks related to the preparation and application of finishes on various surfaces.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal education required
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in diverse locations, adapting to different settings as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to ensure optimal conditions for painting
  • Repair imperfections such as cracks and holes in surfaces
  • Mix paints to achieve the desired color and texture
  • Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other materials to walls
  • Provide guidance to clients on color selection and wall covering options
  • Set up scaffolding and swing stages, ensuring safety and efficiency
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and various finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces
  • Estimate material requirements and associated costs
Physical Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to distinguish between different colors
  • Physical stamina for bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Capable of handling physically demanding tasks
