We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Safeway. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to provide high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive sales, control labor, and monitor margin.
- Implement and support patient-centered care through professional scope of practice and team delivery of company programs.
- Manage the selection, onboarding, training, and development of pharmacy staff.
- Ensure all regulatory requirements and company policies are implemented in the department.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the province of responsibility.
- Injection and First Aid Certification.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed pharmacist.
- Kroll software experience is preferred.
