Almadev is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Contract Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate letters and documents, as well as managing complex contract structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and reviewing corporate documents, including agreements with third-parties, subcontractor agreements, and purchase orders.
  • Managing and providing comprehensive corporate support to subsidiaries, including liaising with non-legal resources.
  • Administering pre-construction and construction documents, such as change orders and subtrade procurement documentation.
  • Supporting legal counsel and construction managers by creating detailed reports and summaries related to contract execution and construction schedules.
  • Acting as a point of contact for construction managers and trades regarding legal and contractual questions.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and organizing legal documents and contracts efficiently using contract management software.
Requirements
  • A law clerk or paralegal diploma or degree.
  • Specialized training in corporate commercial law, real estate/development, and/or construction law is an asset.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate commercial law, construction law, or contract law, with specific exposure to construction contracts preferred.
  • Practical experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing legal documents and agreements, with a focus on corporate documents, construction contracts, and lien rights under CCDC guidelines.
