Job Title: Child Care Provider

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Care Provider to join our team at Stephanie Manipol. As a Child Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and supervision to children in a home-based setting.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have experience working with children, a strong understanding of child development, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children, planning and implementing activities, and maintaining open communication with parents and caregivers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and supervision to children in a home-based setting
  • Plan and implement activities that promote child development and learning
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
  • Assist with household chores and meal preparation
  • Travel with families on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods
  • Supervise and care for children
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children
  • Strong understanding of child development
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to create a safe and nurturing environment for children
  • Ability to plan and implement activities that promote child development and learning
  • Ability to maintain open communication with parents and caregivers
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a home-based setting, with occasional travel with families on trips. The work environment will be non-smoking, and the candidate will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
