Telecommunications Coordinator

CB Canada is seeking a skilled Telecommunications Coordinator to join our team in Guelph, Ontario. This is a permanent casual position with 7 days on and 7 days off rotation.

$40,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience.

This role involves working as an integral part of a collaborative team delivering seamless services and programs to clients and customers. Key responsibilities include:

• Answering, screening, and directing all incoming calls
• Providing reception support
• DIRECTING VISITORS TO THE HEALTH CENTRE
• Monitoring the alarm and paging systems
• Contacting emergency services when required
• General office administration

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A secondary school diploma
• Previous switchboard experience (an asset)
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Word, and familiarity with AS/400 (preferred)
• Evidence of a good work and attendance record
