About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Rain Day Spa Inc. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our spa facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all areas of the spa are clean and tidy, including floors, furniture, and fixtures
  • Restock linen closets and distribute clean towels and toiletries as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
  • Disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
  • Provide basic information on facilities and services
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a 40-hour week with overtime required as needed
