About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Specialist to join our team at Schindler Consulting. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software applications using programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and C#.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software development projects.
  • Develop and maintain software documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.
  • Research and evaluate new software technologies and tools to improve software development processes.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
  • Work with the quality assurance team to identify and resolve software defects.
  • Develop and maintain software testing plans and scripts.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure software development projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and C#.
  • Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
