Job Title: Strategic Finance Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Finance Leader to join our team at Landmark Club Group Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.

About the Role:
  • This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range estimated to be between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record in finance leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:

The Strategic Finance Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability. This will involve:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Developing and managing financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure accurate financial reporting and informed decision-making.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Leading a high-performing finance team, providing guidance and mentorship to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Operational Excellence: Implementing process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role, with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
