About the Role

This 6-month contract position involves working closely with the company's customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate application of cash receipts and credits to invoices. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with SAP or SMS.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Maintenance of accurate CRP Accounts Receivable accounts
  • Ensuring CRP customer accounts are up-to-date and current
  • Timely application of cash receipts and credits to invoices
  • Investigating and resolving customer account discrepancies
  • Preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for the CRP Accounts Receivable process
Requirements

To be successful in this position, candidates should possess:

  • At least 2 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable/Transactions analyst role (Oil & gas experience preferred)
  • A university or college degree
  • Experience with SAP or SMS
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as problem-solving abilities
  • Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and other computer skills
