Overview

Salary
This is a part-time salaried position with an estimated annual salary of $40,000 - $60,000 based on industry standards and location in Woodstock, Canada.

Job Description
We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic professional to help us build strong relationships with our clients. As a Customer Relationship Development Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, identifying opportunities for advice and solutions, and leveraging technology to enhance the client experience. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and deepen existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with clients in the branch to deliver outstanding service experiences.
  • Identify opportunities for advice, solutions, and digital enablement to drive business growth.
  • Leverage technology to deliver memorable client experiences and retain business.
  • Contribute to team results by listening and spotting opportunities to offer additional advice or introduce clients to RBC partners.
  • Proactively take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.
