Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Western Restaurant Franchises Inc. O/A A & W Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, trays, and chairs, as well as refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Replenish condiments and supplies, package take-out food, and portion and wrap foods to meet customer demands.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and tidy appearance throughout the restaurant.
Requirements:
  • 1-6 months of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with high volume of customers.
  • Physically demanding with repetitive tasks and standing for long periods.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication.
Work Schedule:
  • 30-40 hours per week.
