About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily hotel operations and lead staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year

About You

We are seeking an experienced hotel director to manage our resort operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff
  • Supervise and evaluate staff performance
  • Negotiate with suppliers for materials and services
  • Manage front desk operations
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Develop marketing plans and strategies
  • Implement maintenance activities
  • Enforce hotel policies and procedures
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Develop and implement business plans
  • Establish work schedules
  • Coordinate events and conferences

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in hotel management
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Central Reservation Systems (CRS)

Work Environment

This is a full-time position working in a fast-paced hotel environment. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
