Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Airdrie Truck and Auto Sales/Repairs. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and provide guidance and support as required.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
  • English language proficiency.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The successful candidate must be physically demanding and able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
