We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Halifax. As a key member of the Design team, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing contract drawings, details, and sketches with a focus on quality and scheduled deadlines of project deliverables.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement processes and improve tools in REVIT to facilitate consistent and efficient drawing production. You will also communicate with other team members and become familiar with EXP standards to complete assignments and projects in a timely manner.

As a mentor and supporter of designers, you will guide them in the use of drawing production tools and processes. You will also work with proposal teams, project teams, and clients to ensure clear and aligned project scopes around technology requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of proficient experience in BIM 360, REVIT, and architectural design. They will also possess exceptional skills in the production and coordination of contract documents. Knowledge and understanding of architectural standards, building sciences, construction technologies, and practices are essential.

A successful candidate will be able to work with a team to produce working drawings and 3D models of architectural designs for innovative multi-disciplinary projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and staff.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous pension plan.
