About the Role

Aber-Bel Farms Ltd. is seeking a skilled Farm Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our farm operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our farm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply fertilizers and other crop care products to ensure optimal crop growth and health.
  • Harvest seedlings and crops, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Mix and apply fertilizers, and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
  • Write daily progress reports to track and record farm activities.
  • Perform other tasks as required to support the farm operations team.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. You will be required to work at heights, lift heavy objects, and perform other physically demanding tasks.
