About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Home Cleaning Specialist to join our team at HCC Home Care Cleaners. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients' homes are clean and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Transportation and Travel: Valid driver's license is required for on-the-road jobs.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Language and Culture

We are an English-speaking company, and proficiency in English is required for this role.
