About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Pritam Kaur; Ranjit Singh. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administering bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting clients with medication management and administration
  • Providing companionship and social interaction to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
  • Assisting with light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Preparing and serving nutritious meals to promote healthy eating habits
  • Assisting clients with regular exercise and physical activity to maintain mobility and flexibility
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
