Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Siding Foreman to join our team at AAA Construction Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of siding on residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 workers and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Recruit and hire new staff members and conduct related staffing actions
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Recommend personnel actions to management
  • Procure materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
