Job Description

AAA Construction Services is seeking a highly skilled Siding Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of siding on residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of siding installation teams to ensure high-quality results and meet project deadlines.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including materials used and labor hours worked.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of siding installers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on the job site, and that workers are properly trained and equipped to perform their tasks safely.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as purchasing and scheduling, to ensure that materials and equipment are delivered on time and that projects are completed efficiently.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in siding installation or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Working Conditions

The Siding Foreman will work primarily outdoors, exposed to various weather conditions. The job requires standing for long periods, lifting heavy materials, and working at heights.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule

The Siding Foreman will work 30-40 hours per week, with a regular schedule of Monday to Friday.
