Hospitalist Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Hospitalist Medicine Specialist to join our team at Dartmouth General Hospital (DGH). As a Hospitalist, you will provide direct patient care for patients admitted to the hospitalist service, ensuring timely notification and coordination with the interprofessional team.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, including regular interdisciplinary team meetings and quality rounds.
- Coordinate care with members of the interprofessional team to ensure seamless delivery of quality care.
- Participate in systemic quality process evaluation and improvement, including patient safety and practice audit.
- Attend site-based physician meetings as outlined by the Head, Department of Family Practice, Central Zone.
